STEP 1:
Submit your story. (The guided form is easy!)
STEP 2:
Receive a response from CHIME Innovation’s Executive Director within 48 business hours.
STEP 3:
If selected, your story will be shared with all CHIME, AEHIS, AEHIT & AEHIA members. BONUS! If your story is selected, you will receive 3 CEUs.
